Digital twins, CAD & Revit design, mission-critical facilities

Digital twins for the built environment.

For over a decade, Akluvis has turned buildings, campuses and data centers into living models — from the Revit drawings up to the software that runs on them.

A twin is only as good as the drawings underneath it. So we make the drawings too.

Model it. Build on it. Run the facility from it.

Three things, done by one team, so the model and the software that runs on it never drift apart.

Digital twins

Browser-based, navigable 3D models of your facility, tied to the data your operations already produce. Built on Three.js and Babylon.js, so they run anywhere without a plugin.

CAD & Revit design

A full design company inside Akluvis. Revit modeling, AutoCAD drawing production, model cleanup, DWG data extraction and scripted automation, delivered as drawings or as the foundation of a twin.

Custom 3D & web software

Spatial viewers, routing and asset tools, and the web and desktop applications around them. Twenty years of shipping software means the twin is never a demo that stalls.

Built for data centers and the teams that design them.

Our recent work sits inside the data center ecosystem: operators, builders, and the architecture and engineering firms that design for them. We speak Revit, DWG and rack elevation as fluently as JavaScript.

Equinix: the Virtual Data Center

Case study

Equinix needed one spatial view across a global portfolio of 300+ data centers. We built VDC, a browser-based digital twin where operations teams manage MEP systems and alerts, track capacity, and find any asset in place. Because the model lives in the browser, teams across the enterprise work from the same twin without CAD licenses.

How we work

Drawings first. Then everything else.

  1. 1

    Discover

Walk the site, gather the drawings and data sources, agree on what the twin must answer.

  2. 2

    Model

Produce or clean up the Revit and CAD models to the level of detail the use case needs.

  3. 3

    Build

Ship the viewer, the integrations and the tools on top, in the browser.

  4. 4

    Operate

Keep the model current as the facility changes, and extend it as new questions come up.
